1. How does the Program work?
For existing customers who want to refer new customers (“referring advocates”):

• Simply sign-up at www.comcast.com/referafriend, agree to the Program terms and conditions, and get your advocate code;
• Share your advocate code through any of these 5 different ways - Email, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn or unique URL.
  All e-mail referrals must be sent through www.comcast.com/referafriend and follow the e-mail requirements under that web site;
• Track which friends sign up through your Dashboard; and
• Receive a VISA® Prepaid Card after your friend installs qualified services and remains in good standing for 60 days.


For new customers:

• Click on the link/get started button in the XFINITY Refer-A-Friend Email, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn or unique URL that
  your advocate shared with you;
• Once at XFINITY Refer-A-Friend “Share the Awesome” website, click “Start shopping” to see great offers on comcast.com;
• Choose your qualifying XFINITY services;
• Enter your advocate’s Refer-A-Friend code at checkout and agree to the Refer-A-Friend terms and conditions; and
• Enjoy your qualifying XFINITY services for 60 days and you receive a VISA® Prepaid Card.

 

2. How much can I receive under the Program?
Existing customers who refer new customers can receive the following rewards:

• $100 Visa® Prepaid Card for the first referred new customer who qualifies under the Program
• An additional $200 Visa® Prepaid Card for the second referred new customer who qualifies under the Program
• Plus, an additional $200 Visa® Prepaid Card for the third referred new customer who qualifies under the Program.


A referring advocate can receive up to $500 in referrals rewards in a calendar year.

New referred customers who sign up for qualifying XFINITY services at www.comcast.com and remain in good standing for 60 days can receive the following rewards:

• $100 Visa® Prepaid Card for subscribing to three of the following services:
o XFINITY Digital Starter TV and above,
o XFINITY Performance Internet and above,
o XFINITY Home Secure 300 and above,
o XFINITY Unlimited Voice

• $50 Visa® Prepaid Card for subscribing to any two of the following services:
o XFINITY Digital Starter TV and above,
o XFINITY Performance Internet and above,
o XFINITY Home Secure 300 and above,
o XFINITY Unlimited Voice

• $25 Visa® Prepaid Card for subscribing to one of the following services:
o XFINITY Digital Starter TV and above,
o XFINITY Performance Internet and above,
o XFINITY Home Secure 300 and above
o XFINITY Unlimited Voice

Referred customers must sign up for all services eligible for rewards at the same time at www.comcast.com. Referred customers only are eligible for rewards if they are new customers who have not had any XFINITY service within the previous 120-day period.

 

3. When will I receive my Visa® Prepaid Card from XFINITY® Refer-A-Friend?
It may take approximately two (2) weeks after the eligible referred customer’s has installed service for 60 days for both the referring advocate and new referred customer to receive a Visa® Prepaid Card.
